[Publib] Success at a library district

Rangeview Library District in Adams County, Colorado north of Denver was 
featured today in The Denver Post. In the article at
http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_12020868 the growth of 40% over prior 
year along with the funding and opening of four new branches and 
renovation of three others.

The district director is Pam Sandlian Smith and the finance director is 
Mindy Kitay. Congrats to both of them.
