Not all batteries recycle, but all batteries *should* be disposed of
properly. Even with
laws regarding disposal, there is no effective method of enforcement. By
using
rechargeable batteries that recycle, you remove the potential of discarding
thousands
of batteries with various amounts of toxic substances into the eco-system.
