[Publib] Attitudes in the Library.

What if I were to re-word your statement just a bit:

"I see countless folks abusing the library by reading Danielle Steel and
R.A. Salvatore. I guess it is well within their right to use local
libraries' fiction collection, but it would seem only fair that those
looking for research materials in nonfiction get first priority."

Providing leisure materials has been part of the mission of every
library I've worked for. Why should online leisure materials be treated
differently?

Opinions expressed in this email are strictly my own, and not
necessarily those of the library!

Subject: [Publib] Attitudes in the Library.

At our local library, I see countless folks on their cell phones and
abusing computer time by playing Flash Games and using Facebook. I guess
it is well within their right for people to use the local libraries
internet, but it would seem only fair that those that are doing research
projects get first priority; of couse I can imagine the headache that
thi would be for the library staff.

Thoughts?
