[Publib] A program's success

Hi
   For our 100th anniversary we are running a program where children, teens
and adults who read 100 books this year get a gold coloured library card.
  A local reporter has written an article about lusting after the gold card
and I wanted to share part of it. Thought it might give you a smile for
today.

"...I read alot. A hundred books didn't seem impossible and the payoff: a
shiny new "gold" library card prize for completing the challenge is one of
the snootiest trophies ever devised.
 I don't just want this thing. I need it. It's a sickness...."
