[Publib] mass notification & emergency procedures

This is off topic, but I would like any information that you can give me. I
would like to have your mass notification procedure for emergency situations
such as a lock down or tornado. This is especially for multi building
situations without an intercom system.
I would also like to have a look at how you handle emergency situations.
How often do you have drills?
Do you have them with or with students/patrons in the building?
If a lock down is in place to you get everyone in a secure area with no
windows?

anything you can give me would be appreciated. I'll think Reese's cups and
coffee your way.
