[Publib] Frequently stolen items

We've put our most recent ASVAB/GED books in reference so they can't walk.

 

The one author off the top of my head that we've had to replace repeatedly is Zane, and the like.  We can't justify replacing them again, as we have done so already quite a few times.

We have stopped buying GED and other test prep books because we lose so many. We push our Test and Education Resource Center instead.
