[Publib] wireless access & bad behavior

This is reply to the  question about wireless access contributing to
criminal behavior. When I worked at a public library wireless access was
used. It used to stay on all the time, until the cleaning crew had some
frightening encounters with people loitering outside the doors. While they
were not harmed, they felt threatened and their cars were egged.

To be on the safe side, the wireless is turned off each night. Donna
