[Publib] Chairs for browsing low shelves

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a chair, specifically for elderly
users, to make browsing the lower shelves easier.  I was hoping there was a
chair similar to a kick stool out there, but haven't found one.  We are
currently using a rolling desk chair, but were hoping for something that
would lock in place when someone sits down.  A kick stool works for me (and
my arthritic knees) but isn't too appealing to most patrons.
