[Publib] Video conferencing capabilities

Darren,

We have done a review of a few options out there.  For the local SLA
chapter I belong to we looked at DimDim & WebHuddle - both open source
and went with WebHuddle.  For work we use iLinc because it's
compatible with so many systems and works better than WebEx ever did.

None of these are video conferencing specific - but all have that functionality.
