[Publib] Problems with list

I have to believe it is not a problem with capacity, but with software
configuration.
Web4Lib has about 1/8th of the content and 1/2 of the number of subscribers
-
but the same thing is happening there and it also was appropriated by the
OCLC
Webjunction system.
