[Publib] Problems with list

Another odd thing, this message cane through in my gmail account, but did
not show
up in my oceanstatelibrarian.com e-mail account and was not trapped in my
local
spam filter.
I have also noticed that direct postings to publib with a new subject line
are less
likely to show up than responses to established threads.
