[Publib] big read

I find a lot of information about the funding etc. for the BIG READ, but
not a lot of info about what exactly libraries are doing and have done
as participants in the project.  Please let me know specific
info.......special things for different age groups.  Does anyone use
local drama groups for reenacting?  Treasure hunts? Fun things?  Any
