[Publib] A Library Cat

I'm a cat person and have been owned by many over the years; two now who are
16 & 17 years old. I love the idea of a library cat! But I agree that it
is not a good idea, especially in an urban area. There are just too many
potential problems, for the cat, for the staff, and for the patrons. Put up
pictures of cats; maybe get stuffed B&T cats if they have any; have the
children draw cats and display the results; have a display of figurine cats.
But please, forget about having a live one in the library. Remember, it is
a living creature with needs, desires, fears and requirements, NOT a cute
accoutrement.

Just my opinion.
