[Publib] Best of PubLib Categories

We need some help coming up with categories for Best of PubLib.  We can
create
hierarchical pages - with the top level as the main page, then tabs at the
top
of the main with sub-categories below that:

http://bestofpublib.wordpress.com/

Broad themes that stand out are: Library Humor, Money and Finance, Library
Marketing
and Fundraising, Collection Management, Policies and Procedures.  Any
thoughts on
design, themes, and organization would be most appreciated.
