[Publib] laptop charging carts

Hi, someone posted a question earlier this week asking about 
recommended laptop charging carts.  I did not happen to see any 
replies.  If the poster did get some good ideas I would love to hear 
about them as the Russell Library is also wanting to purchase one of 
these carts.  Thanks in advance.
