[Publib] PA librarians: how to subscribe to listserv

[Babel, Elisa (DCPL)]

To our Pennsylvania posters, I was wondering how to re-subscribe to the
PA library listserv, PAMAIL.  I used to be on it but for a mysterious
reason, I'm no longer receiving any messages. I did try through another
avenue (the site: www.hslc.org/cgi-bin/wa.exe?SUBED1=PAMAILALL&A=1)

That didn't seem to work either.
