Yes, but a very, very well-known name that also doubles as an acronym for Knowledge Generation Bureau (Bureau going well because of the FBI of course).  Marketing isn't about finding the blandest name possible, it's about making an impression and being remembered.  Now if only we knew who was behind it all...
