I recently tried this with a "Book Gems" display of fiction that hadn't gone
out from my branch in the last three years. Some of the items went out once,
some multiple times, and some of them lingered on the display the whole
month. The ones that circed will stay in my branch collection, the others
will get withdrawn soon enough.
