KGB? the Russian abbreviation of Komityet Gosudarstvjennoj Biezopasnosti
(Committee for State Security) also known as the Soviet secret police?

Maybe it is because I am "old" (as I am regularly reminded), or because
I am reading about the rise and fall of the Adidas brand (which worked
closely with the old Soviet Union in the 70's and early 80s), but I
would never in my life use this as a name!

I noticed an ad on TV while watching a basketball game over the weekend.
It featured two men who were arguing over whether Bruce Lee's character
killed Chuck Norris' character in a vintage martial arts movie.  In an
effort to find the answer one man made calls to friends, etc. The other
send a text message to 542542 (I think that was the number) and got an
answer in return (I don't remember if the ad indicated how long it took
to get an answer).
The "answer" cost 99 cents.  Did anyone else see it?  Do any libraries
on publib provide access to reference service via text messaging?
