[Publib] ? Saturdays before or after a holiday in small, rural,
poor counties

I've always felt that libraries were like movie theaters--a
predictable schedule is important. Movie theaters never close because
of weather, for example. If they ever did, then some people would
quickly learn not to go to a movie if it's snowing, because the
theater might be closed. (Some people would call first--you know who
you are. ;-)) If you're usually open on Saturday, then be open on
Saturday, even if there's a holiday before or after. One of those 10
people who do come on Saturday might someday leave you $1M in her
will, you never know.
