We use SAMS by Comprise. It's just okay. One of our biggest issues is that we can't insert patrons into the waiting list - if we want to put someone in front of everyone waiting for whatever reason the system does not allow us to and that's a huge negative for us. HTH!

I am trying to research software that manages patrons time on the computer and print management software, preferably combined. So, would yall mind telling me what software you use and the pros and cons. Also, give me your opinion of it.
