[Publib] Cost savings on utilities

We recently began purchasing our electricity in bulk from our local provider and it is saving us a considerable amount of money over a year. Our building is 20,000 sq ft and we should save about $4000 by agreeing to a set amount for the cost of electricity for the next 2 years. The only problem will be if the cost goes below what we have agreed upon, but not counting on that happening.
We are in a shared facility so our gas purchasing is done as part of a group purchase (which is also on a pre-set agreement) but our electricity is metered separately. 
If you want more information about this in your area, contact your schools or other local government agencies to see if they are using this method. They could possibly give leads on where to go.
