[Publib] Rosetta Stone installations

Hi, there,

Are there any other libraries that have Rosetta Stone Level 2 software for
patrons?  We have level 1 for a large number of languages, and Level 2 in
just the few top languages as they've been requested.  Just now, I've
gotten a patron complaint on the Level 2: it requires registration with
the access code to get past the first couple of lessons, and the access
code only works three or four times.  Has anyone else run into this, or
found out solutions?

>From their past dealings with us, especially cancelling the database
service to libraries, I get the impression that Rosetta Stone doesn't want
libraries to carry their product at all.  So, I thought I'd post here
before calling them directly.
