[Publib] Leasing Questions

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help.  I'm working on a paper for library school,
and I would like to get some information about book leasing. I've heard it's
been more popular, due to budget cuts.

Does anyone have information, or can help me out? I've heard Brodart has a
plan, but there's little information about it on their website. My
assignment is to come up with a children's material budget for a library,
and I'm trying to figure out pricing for a lease plan.

Any information you can provide would be great!
