[Publib] Cards for "tweens" and teens

Hi Everyone,
 
Does anyone use library cards specially designed for "tweens" and teens? We are thinking kids entering 6th grade through high school, something with a graphic design that would appeal to the age group, not too juvenile looking, but different than the adult cards?
 
If so and if it is at all possible to email a copy of the image or a link to it I would be grateful.
