After Blockbuster went to their "no late fees" policy I never returned
anything by the due date.  Before that I always did.  I've never used a
library that didn't charge late fees although sometimes I wish I did.  I
think my reaction to a library policy of no late fees would be the same as I
had to Blockbuster.
