[Publib] Open Mic night tips

I am helping organize a three-hour Open Mic night event that will happen in a couple weeks for teens/young adults at my public library (as a summer reading program).  We've never done this before; I was wondering if anyone who has run an Open Mic event had any tips/suggestions?  Thanks in advance!
