It think it really depends on the design of the building, minimum staffing
levels,
and environment. Systems are pretty cheap and can be pushed over a
wireless network quite nicely. In keeping with the notion that patrons
should
have a reasonable expectation of privacy, I recommend very conservative use
of
cameras - *strictly for the purpose of legitimate security* - rather than
