[Publib] re: local authors

Although people are unwilling to part with cash - the booksales could be
aggregated
in an affiliate site for local authors - such as Amazon.  That way, they can
use their
preferred method of payment.

I think lots of people like to support local authors.  I am impressed with
anyone who
has enough to say to create a book!
