Dear Collective Brain,
 
I have a question about the Children's Internet Protection Act. The Act states: "An authorized person may disable the blocking or filtering measure during any use by an adult to enable access for bona fide research or other lawful purposes." Does anyone out there know if a window of time to un-block has been discussed? Obviously, for customer service purposes it should be practically instantaneous, but from a legal standpoint, is there any established recommendation that anyone knows of?
