In Illinois the election results are on the County Clerk's website.

I think you'll have to add the results precinct-by-precinct, which is tedious but not impossible.

Subject: [Publib] Directing patrons to voting results by town/city
So, it's easy to retrieve voting returns by county, but finding returns for towns/localities is much more of a challenge, especially for states that aren't in the northeast. Is anybody familiar with a source that lists, for example, election returns from the 2008 general election by TOWN/CITY in the states of Oklahoma or Texas? (FYI: I'm not looking for precinct level, but town/city level, as in the CITY of Norman, Oklahoma).
Many Thanks!
