[Publib] Mary Pat Kelly (Galway Bay) at ALA Chicago

Author Mary Pat Kelly is welcoming librarians to ALA in Chicago with a presentation and book signing of her novel, Galway Bay on Thursday, July 9, from 5:00-7:00 pm at O'briens River Walk Cafe, 45 E. Riverwalk South (along the Chicago River at Wabash and Wacker-312-346-3131). There are free hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Our library hosted Mary Pat for a signing last March, which was very well attended. The book is quite enjoyable, especially for those who have visited Ireland or have a connection to the country. 

 

Neither I nor the library have any affiliation with Mary Pat Kelly or the book, I just told her I would try to spread the word for those who will be in Chicago on Thursday. The Riverwalk is really lovely, particularly if the weather is nice.
