[Publib] Cataloging and circulating paperbacks

We catalog everything.  It really doesn't matter to us the format or how we
got them.  I just want people to be able to find the items and be able to
place holds on the items if they are not in.  I also want a simple way to
keep statistics and this is easier if done automatically in the system.  I
also want to know what types of items are being used the most which is also
easier to know if items are cataloged.
