[Publib] Turbotax - circulating copies?

   A patron asked me why no library in my system has TurboTax to check out.  I found some information from a few years ago online which made it seem as though it wouldn't work.  I found some info from PUBLIB from a few years ago, but it wasn't very conclusive.  When I called TurboTax today, they seemed to think it would work.  So - are there libraries that circulate TurboTax?  How does it work for you?
