I've got that day off because the DC Public Library system is closed
that day.  I plan to watch the inauguration at home on TV.

For those folks not wanting to stay in the area, the "Washington Post"
has had articles of suggestions of where to escape the maddening crowd.
(This morning, a guy on WTOP Radio's "Talk Back" line said he was going
to Cancun)
