[Publib] any interest in a journal on RA

I have talked to publishers over the years about doing this and am  
curious about whether anyone is interested in a journal on Readers  
Advisory Services and what content they would like to see in it. I'm  
thinking about an online, open-source journal with both practical and  
applied research articles.

I'll summarize for the group if  you're interested.
