Chris,
Thanks for sharing that! Her photo work is neat. I went to her website and looked at the gallery. In reading the inspiration for the photos, Ms. Barer states that with the Internet, libraries are no longer relevant. I sent her a short email explaining why I didn't agree with that particular statement but thanking her for the artwork. I especially loved the rose.

You may have seen Barer's art before.
Last year she won a PhotoLucida award for her series.
The artist, Cara Barer, says this series is "a lament for the passing of
eras when books were considered valuable, and a path to knowledge."
