[Publib] Thin client providers

I don't know what you're using now, but have you tried Wyse? Or is that
who you're already using? If not, Wyse has been around for almost 30
years now. We used to use them back in a library I worked for and the
units themselves were pretty rock solid. Usually, if we had problems
with them, investigation showed that the problems usually happened on
the server end, not out at the client.

Hope that's helpful,

Subject: [Publib] Thin client providers

We are receiving dreadful service from our present thin client provider
and would like names of tried but true companies that are providing good
service. We have 47public machines with a city IT department that does
not have the staff to provide full service. Can folks provide advise,
contacts/name of companies? I inherited the company I am working with,
so it would be useful if you also have any contract advise. Thanks.
