[Publib] W.T.Cox and other periodical vendors

I'm looking for some collective wisdom on this issue.  Our 35 branch library is looking at the possibility of switching vendors.  Currently we are using EBSCO as our periodical vendor.  W.T. Cox is aggressively seeking our business.  I would like to know about others experience with periodical vendors.
