I was very careful, when I did our value calculator (thanks ME and MA!)

to be sure our unit costs were defensible and local.  I've seen some unbelievable 
reference unit costs to which John Q. Public (or! your governing authority) would 
only respond with "(Splutter!) But I can get it for free in Google??!"  
   Reference transaction here is essentially average time x average (hourly) salary.
