[Publib] Stumper:book about former CIA couple

Hello,

I was hoping to get some help identifying a book. I had a patron call saying
she was trying to get the title of a book that was writen by a former CIA
couple and it was about their experience in the CIA while they were in the
Middle East.  She thinks it is a recent book because her husband heard about
it on the the WGN news (in the Chicago Area).  I have not been able to find
any book that fits this description, I hope someone can help. Thanks.
