[Publib] Web page designers, RFP, etc.

If anyone has contracted out the design of their web page, I would be 
interested in hearing any tips you have, especially regarding how to 
find web page designers, prepare an RFP or something less formal, 
etc.  If you could share whatever RFP or other document you prepared, 
I would appreciate it.

We have always done our own web page, but we are planning to overhaul 
it.  We  lack the staff time necessary for this, and perhaps also the 
know-how to implement some of thefeatures we wish to see 
included.  We are a relatively small organization, about 15 FTE and a 
$1.2 million budget.
