[Publib] a tribute to Kate and Kathy

Many of you who know about the accident that killed these 
two amazing women didn't know them well. I want to share 
this article because it captures  Kate McClelland and Kathy 
Krasniewicz: their ebullient spirits and delightful persons. 
We miss them so very much.
