[Publib] Clarification on research project: Reference applications - need your help by COB 2/13/2009

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to thank everyone who have already responded to my survey, 
which I sent out this morning (02/10). Thank you for your help and time. 

I am sending out the survey again, which I have updated, because many of 
the people who have responded informed me that the survey has a lot 
problems. Please take a look at the survey again and hopefully this time 
there are no problems.

Once again, the purpose of my research is to determine how public 
libraries and special libraries gather and organize information taken from 
patrons. I also want to know the different types of reference applications 
that public and special libraries use to communicate with their patrons. 
Lastly, I want know how public and special libraries use the reference 
statistics they gather every year. 

I want to assure everyone that I will only use the statistics for my 
research project. My research paper and your responses will not be 
published. It is only for a credit course at Catholic University. Only me 
and my professor will see the results for my research project. 

Please kindly take the survey to assist me with my research project. The 
survey will only take about 10 to 15 minutes. 

Please email me your responses by the end of this week (02/13). Also, if 
you don't mind, please email a PDF copy of your institution's reference
