Ahhhhh.... Poster Tack!  The memories....

 My dad was adamant about protecting the precious panelling in our new
(1972) house and would have tanned our hides if we'd used thumbtacks.
Poster Tack saved the day.  I can attest to its durability.... it saw me
through my teeny-bopper years.... David Cassidy, Donny Osmond, Scott Baio,
Leif Garrett, Shaun Cassidy, and Rick Springfield.
