1. Can a customer use the computer if their library card is not in good
standing?
-- Yes.

2. Will you look up the customer's barcode and/or PIN to allow computer
use?
-- No barcode is necessary to access a computer.

3. Does your library issue a computer use only card? If so, is there a
charge for this card? Does it expire?
-- No, we don't issue a computer use only card.

4. Does your library issue visitor/guest passes? To whom are they
issued? Is there a fee?
--  Yes. Anyone who asks. No fee.

5. Does the customer receive free prints with a visitor/guest pass or a
computer use only card?
-- No. Everyone pays 15 cents per page.
