We use "courtesy cards" generated once a week by our Cybraryn system.  We
give the slips of paper to everyone (residents, cardholders, visitors) who
asks to use a computer, they are returned at the end of the session.  There
is no restriction for having fines outstanding, or overdue items.  We have
many visitors and part-time residents, as well as a large immigrant
population who have no local library cards.  The cards allow for a 45 minute
use of the computer.  We charge for print-outs: ten cents for black and
white, twenty-five for color.
