1. Can a customer use the computer if their library card is not in good
standing?
--Fines must be less than $25.00


2. Will you look up the customer's barcode and or PIN to allow computer
use?  
--Only with a driver's license and then only 3 times in a 12 month
period. Otherwise they have to buy a replacement card for $1.00. They
only need a 4 digit number so usually they can remember it.


3. Does your library issue a computer use only card? If so, is there a
charge for this card? Does it expire?
--Not at this point


4. Does your library issue visitor/guest passes? To whom are they
issued? Is there a fee?
-- Out of town people can sign the waiver for free


5. Does the customer receive free prints with a visitor/guest pass or a
computer use only card?
--No. all pay $0.10 a page.
