I believe our computer reservation system (Envisionware) checks borrowers' 
accounts.  Our computer use rules require a valid card - one with no 
delinquencies, fimes of more than $5 (I think), and not expired.  There's a 
process for out-of-area visitors to use the system, but I don't know what it 
is.
