The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 237 out of 
1,003  passed the Librarian Licensure Examination given by the Board for 
Librarians in  the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Legazpi this November 
2008.

Sounds like a tough exam.  Good.  Apparently they can do it in the  
Philippines, but not here in the backward U.S. of A.
